By engaging Professional Greeneries for gardening services, you agree to these terms. Our services include garden design, installation, maintenance, and consultation. All services are subject to written estimates and contracts.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service contract. For design services, a 50% deposit is required to begin work. Maintenance services are typically billed monthly. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a service fee. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Liability and Insurance

Professional Greeneries is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damage to existing plants, irrigation systems, or structures not caused by our negligence.

Plant Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on plant materials, subject to proper care and maintenance. Warranty does not cover damage from weather extremes, pests, or improper care by the property owner.

Property Access

Client grants Professional Greeneries access to the property during scheduled service times. We will make reasonable efforts to secure gates and notify clients of any property issues discovered during service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Houston, Texas. These terms are governed by Texas state law.
